    My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?

    Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery can take 3–7 working days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS to follow your order. If you haven’t received it, please contact us with your order number.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Deliveries are not made on national or regional public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Yes, we deliver across India. You can check serviceability at checkout by entering your pin code.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Next-day delivery is available for selected pin codes and products. During checkout, eligible options will appear based on your location.

     

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Yes, someone needs to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package. If not, the courier will attempt re-delivery.
